Privacy Policy
At Avelioravexar S.A.S. ("Avelioravexar", "we" or "the Company") we take the protection of personal data seriously, both for visitors to avelioravexar.com and for those who contact us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, how we treat it and what rights you have over it, within the framework of Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and any other applicable regulation.

2. Information we collect
We only collect the data you provide through the contact form: name, email address and message content. In addition, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, language, pages visited and time spent, always within the limits authorised by your consent preferences.
3. Purposes of processing
We process the data to respond to your enquiries, share information about our real estate crowdlending services, improve the site experience, measure the performance of our campaigns, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

10. Minors
The site is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we identify information from a minor, we will proceed to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page, with the date of last update.
